Pixel Rotator
Mac & iPhone · photo & film

Pixel grade studio.
Rotate stills to film grade.

Native film-lab editing for photographs and a real timeline: clips, shorts, or longer cuts without restarting the grade. AI and agents use the same knobs you do, when you want leverage.

The studio

Develop a set. Cut the motion. Keep the look.

Pixel Rotator is a native Mac and iPhone studio for photographs and motion. A real timeline covers a single clip, a short, or a longer cut when the story needs it. Develop path and timeline share look language. You edit by hand first; AI and agents plug into that same surface when you want leverage.

  • Shared look language A still and a timeline clip use the same grade vocabulary: density, grain, glow, stock character, from a single shot to a full assembly.
  • Clips to longer cuts A real multi-track timeline for motion work: short pieces when you need them, longer cuts when the project grows. Same studio, same looks.
  • One studio, not a stack of apps Develop, grade, atmosphere, and the cut live here. No bounce through a photo app, an effects toy, and an NLE just to finish one look.
  • AI on your terms Masks, search, and agents help you work faster without taking over. They drive the same surface you edit by hand, when you choose to use them.
  • Desk and pocket Library and craft run on the machine in front of you. Mac and iPhone are the same studio when you hand work across devices.
AI & agents

Your hand first. Tools that amplify it.

Traditional editing stays the center: develop stills, grade looks, cut motion. AI and agents are first-class because they use the same knobs you do. A local MCP bridge and models that wring performance out of the Mac and iPhone under you, not a separate chat world that ignores the craft.

MCP bridge

Agents use the surface you already use.

A local MCP bridge exposes the real studio: open docs, set knobs, apply looks, timeline ops. Your tools get the same verbs your hands do. Automation multiplies the editor; it doesn’t replace the craft language.

Performance

Wring every cycle out of the chip.

Subject masks, text-prompt masks (“sky”, “red jacket”), and library search are built to load the Neural Engine, GPU, and CPU hard, not leave silicon idle while you wait. The studio is tuned to squeeze maximum performance out of the hardware under it.

~70 MCP commands Local bridge on Mac and iPhone: open, grade, mask, timeline, export.
Same knobs Agents don’t get a parallel app. They amplify the surface you already edit on.
Max the silicon Neural Engine, GPU, CPU under real load. The product is built to squeeze performance out of the machine it runs on.
Direction

Building carefully. Shipping when it’s true.

The product is already deep. What follows is direction, not a promise of what’s shipping tomorrow.

  • Film systems. Gauge-aware motion and photochemical language that stays coherent under push.
  • Structure. More capability without drowning the picture.
  • Generation. Still and motion that stay inside the same library, looks, and timeline.

No buried constants. If a number changes the image, you can set it.
